Lippert 324869 RV Slide-Out Standard Gear Pack Assembly 2.5" x 2.5", SILVER, WHITE

Anyone with basic mechanical skills and a friend can install these and save themselves headaches and trouble later on the road. Just be sure to change the pinion gear if your trailer is an older model - count your original’s teeth (15 or 18). Mine was the older design so I needed the original gears (15 teeth). I used my original gears, they were still good, I replace the cartridges due to the worn bushings and shafts.

I have an older slide that used a different style gear (mine had a key versus the hex shape). This rod and gear worked to replace my existing rod and sheared gear.

PART 324869 Don't know what the correct names are but here's the problem. The shoulders of the plastic rollers are too wide which makes the width of the entire unit barely usable. About an eighth to 3/16" too wide for a flush fit. Going to pull this "factory furnished" part tomorrow and cut down the shoulder of the rollers a bit to feel safe with this replacement. Lippert should quality check their suppliers more diligently.

These are not correct, item picture shows where the roll pins go these don't have the holes for the roll pins, they also show black rollers these are white rollera, don't waste your money buying these the bronze bushings are to loose and don't fit the shaft properly, item is not what is pictured in the description, they also came a day late, thanks for ruining my camping trip Amazon.
