So far I haven't noticed any difference in whiteness of my teeth. However, I do like the extra clean feeling it gives me, plus the fresh breath. It has a minty fragrance.

This powder is too finely granulated...does not stick to the toothbrush as it is more like talc. It makes such a mess that I look for excuses not to use it!

You need to decide what your expectations are with this--and I knew going in (from talking with my dentist's office) that this product was not going to provide a high level of whitening. This is definitely on the inexpensive side for a whitening product, and it's a pretty mild one. However those are both plusses for me--I don't want to spend a ton for whitening trays or have a product that will potentially damage my enamel. This is also fairly easy to use. I have noticed for sure that there is some whitening, takes off the generalized "yellowish" look of my teeth which is nice. I did hope for just a little more whitening, but as I've said I don't think I'm willing to take the next step with more $$, time, and potential tooth damage, so I like this product
