This set of led lights was originally purchased as a set of decoration lighting for our mobility transport vehicle. The reason these were selected was it had the USB power and had an app that could configure the lighting. I used the USB adapter from our radio to power the leds and set the app for music mode.Also, the stickiness of the tape was sufficient for adhering to the under surface of the truck paneling. We attended an event and arrived in the evening with the lights glowing up the car with different patterns. Then we decided three would be perfect to leave on the mobility chair! We carefully removed the lighting and replacing the tape with additional 3m tape and placed these over the wheels and under the arms of the chair. To power the led we ordered a usb Power adapter that plugs into the xlr port of the mobility charging port. The black strip is such a better look than placing led strips that use the white plastic. The black blends in with the dark colors of the chair and doors boot stand out like the white. The app is simple to install and the operation of the App is self intuitive.

These car lights are fun and the accent lighting looks cool. That said, the cord has 2 lengths (short and long) but the long run set was about 1 foot too short for optimum placement in my 2019 Ram Rebel. The ability to create just the right color within the app and control the lights via bluetooth on one's phone is awesome, but the app asks permission to GPS everytime one uses it, and also asks to be allowed to RECORD via the PHONE MIC if setting up to color change to music. A Chinese product that wants my LOCATION and to RECORD via my MIC??! LAME. In my truck, I have the lights plugged in via USB (cool!) and they come on every time I start the vehicle (also cool), but when I turn off the vehicle, I have to restart the app, turn on GPS, turn on bluetooth, accept app's requests - all just to turn off the lights - otherwise they will remain ON and drain the battery! Again, kinda LAME. I am actually going to keep them tho... I have it set to my desired color, and will just manually plug and unplug them, when I wish to use them. I'm not interested in the full on disco lightshow (which would be crazy distracting and dangerous while driving). Must make sure to remove all privileges to this funky spy-ware... er, I mean app tho! Not nearly as bright as the ad pictures btw... just subtly bright at about half of what the ad shows. If you just wish to set it and forget it - you'll be happy. But if you wish to go full disco - (and value your Security) you may wish to find one with it's own remote as an alternative.

Bought this for my fiancé’s 2016 Hyundai Elantra for Christmas. He love it! The Lights are bright which you can adjust! I love that they’re either solid or flashing and you can make your own colors. Except... the stickies are TERRIBLE! The lights keep falling because the adhesive is not strong enough to hold them. They’re small so they’re going to the back of car and looking for better bigger ones for the front interior. In order to get them to flash to a beat of music, you have to use the music thru the provided app. So far we haven’t been able to do this.

I've just got them installed today, but my fuse was blown before I can test so I do not blame it on the manufacturer. Those complaining about the mic, more than likely required to pick up on the music sync (as advertised) by the product. I rated this product on the service and how the package came shipped literally the next day. I ordered it yesterday Amazon said 9:00 pm I got them at 3:30 pm for the reviews saying that it doesn't turn on all I can say is make sure it's plugged in all the way check your fuses, and check the cig plug.

Literal only gripe is the adhesive doesn't stand up to cold. I installed them in summer and they fell off after the first few fall temp drops. I cleaned/air dried the surfaces before installation. Other than that they worked great. Nice brightness and range of color/pattern. App on phone is great to control them as they were bought to spruce up my car for work (uber driver)

Very nice!! It’s not too bright so it’s distracting. I really like them! And the cords are long enough so you’re not having to stretch it out. My only complaint is that the adhesive strip wasn’t very sticky. I just ended up using super glue to keep them on. Other than that it is very nice.
