Beautiful thermos. We are very pleased with the quality. It’s well worth it’s price.

The quality of this product is poor and the price is a joke. We thought spending a bit more money we would get the money's worth, but not in this instance. Very disappointing!

I already had same Esme flask bought from same seller over 5 years ago and been delighted with it, using every morning, of those 5 years. However, after such use, when the time came to replace it I ordered same model.The quality is far less , lighter weight and tinny. Pourer slit smaller so has to be tilted at more of an angle, hence coffee spills, which never happened with previous jug.I have kept it and use it every morning but still , alas, it's definitely not of the same quality.This is not the fault of the seller, the fault lies with Esme who seem to have put profit before quality and changed the design.

I have used this jug for only 10 months and it is leaking constantly around the bottom edge of this item. Given the cost of this item I would have expected it to last longer that this

This is the third replacement of this jug, the chrome plating is very thin and eventually peels off.Amazon service on this item has been second to none throughout

Je suis très déçue.Tout d'abord le pichet n'était même pas protégé dans le carton alors même qu'il contient une ampoule de verre censée maintenir les liquides chauds. Heureusement, le produit est tout de même arrivé en bon état !Ensuite je constate qu'il n'est pas "made in Germany" comme noté sur la page produit mais "Designed in Germany", confirmation par le "made in China" collé sous le pichet.Et enfin et surtout le pichet garde tout au plus les liquides chauds 3 heures et tièdes 4 heures ( loin des 12 heures annoncées ), franchement ma gourde Thermos pour le travail est tout aussi efficace.Vraiment, c'est une grande déception...car par ailleurs il est vraiment très joli, sobre, très élégant sur une table de petit déjeuner ( d'où les deux étoiles) mais pour 45 euros, je ne recommande pas !

This is our second vacuum jug. First one was made in Germany. This was made in China. Seems to be a good product however.
