The battery arrived on time and in good shape. Installation wasn't too bad. The tablet has been running well for several months now.

Easy install, worked fine but now 12/20 /16 not as well drains very quickly.

Nothing to dislike. Worked fine when installed in my reader

Received the battery and it never fully charged, called multiple times and was told to drain the battery down all the way and then recharge it. Battery never charged correctly. Called for are placement and got a run around to send the battery back so they can diagnose it. Which means I would have to take my tablet apart four times from the initial change.

Works great. Fixed my tablet's problems. A little tricky to install so follow the instructions carefully. Takes a little strength but don't over do it.

Unfortunately, I wasn't able to use this battery. Unless it was a true "Samsung" replacement battery, I couldn't get any repair shops to install battery for me. I ended up having to order an actual Samsung battery. So, trying to save a few $$ ended up costing me more in the end. I was happy with the speedy shipment service I received though.

battery work, but it takes 4 hours to charge from 56% to 70%

Fit correctly and works as it should. Hopefully it will last as long as the original.
