I already have one good iron but sometimes I really hate ironing , so wanted to try an handheld to make it relatively easier for me in busy morning. This is a great little steamer, which I've had about 20 days now and have decided it is time to leave my experience.It heats up quickly and has worked really well. I've used it on hand-washed sweaters (cashmere and merino), t-shirts, and synthetic fabrics like rayon knits. I haven't had any issues to note like spewing water. You definitely steam the garment vertically, which is how I thought all steamers worked, so I'm surprised anyone would complain about that. I just hang my clothes and steam away. If a garment needs minor steaming, I've actually held it up with one hand and steamed with the other. As for running out of steam quickly, I expected that. It is handheld, therefore small, so of course it can only hold so much water. (I use filtered.) I have yet had to refill it before finishing a garment or two. I've never done a dress, but I have done pants and shirts.I can honestly say it really simplified my morning routine on workdays.Also this steamer is small and easily portable. It would be very easy to pack it in a suitcase in the event that I need wrinkle-free clothes while traveling. Ordered this product a while back and recently used it for the first time. Very cute and compact to use, but disappointed as the steam only lasted like 20 secs or so compared to 13 minutes stated in the product info, despite water not being to high or low.Would prefer a new piece as this one is pretty useless now

I bought this as it was compact and I don't have much storage space around the house so thought it would be perfect. Have been using on chiffron bridesmaid dresses and it gets all the creases out ! Only negative i have found is the run time. It runs for about a minute then needs 2 to cool down. For travelling this would probably be ok but wouldnt recommend for a day to day steamer.

Perfect item , even to use for your teenager, handle just perfect to hold prevent from slipping out of your hand ,little lightweight but water tank is bigger than other brands on market, don't need run in and out to fill up steamer, very safe , switch on/off make life easier, brilliant steamer, do job quickly and safely. I wanted to steam some fairly thick NHS polyester uniforms and shirts. For cotton shirts this steamer is fine, as long as you do them one a time. The overheat cutout function is too sensitive so about one every 20 - 30 seconds, it will cut out and need to cool for about the same amount of time before restarting, but this is about the time it takes to do a shirt, so fine for one offs and quick smarten-ups. I contacted the supplier who were great and sent me another one straight out, but it had a similar problem, although lasted long enough to do a whole shirt before cutting out. I contact the supplier again and they refunded me as the steamer was not suitable for my needs. So if all you need is something to travel with that doesn't require an ironing board and you are doing garments one at a time, it is fine, and good for the price relative to other handheld steamers. If you need it more for working life use in a confined space that doesn't really lend itself to having an ironing board, then I would recommend investing in one of the higher priced hand held steamers which work well but don't require much storage space.

This wired clothes steamer has a fairly long cable attached and once you fill with water to the fill line it will boil like a kettle and the steam will continue as you hold it by the handle.Always keep at a 45 degree angle on the hot water will pour out. As with any hot item this is not suitable for children.I tested it on a chenille scarf and as you can see from the pictures it truly does take out the creases without the need of an ironing board.I think once I’m used to it then I will progress onto shirts and bedding as the steam penetrates through several layers.It’s probably best to used either bottled water or filtered water to avoid line scale build up inside however you can get inside to clean it after each use.I’m going to try using a scented water like lenor and see how it does refreshing a jacket after being in a good smell environmentI would definitely recommend this 10/10

VERY DANGEROUS!!!!!!Don't buy this product - I burnt my foot and leg as I passed the 'steamer' waiting for it to warm up and it jetted scorching water over me, not to mention my carpet!!!I write this after recovering from the burn shockI even tried it again just to see if it was me! HaIt jetted all but an inch of water out of the machine again!!I ought to bill these people for the inconvenience it has caused!!!It could've been so much worse.I will be requiring a refund for this.Never will I complain about ironing again! 🤬😡

Cute looking , portable enough .. somewhat does what it says (a little bit) but in a process leaks water everywhere and leaves wet patches on my clothes and water on the floor.. didn’t realise it leaked so much first time that actually slipped on tile floor afterwards and fell.. ! So basically don’t bother buying it as you won’t use it for that exact reason.. also got this weird thing where it stops working after a while even thought there is still plenty of water in .. you need to turn it off and on again .. used it 3 times each time hoping that the leakage was just one of those one offs and it will be fine , but it wasn’t ..
