Very very easy to install, with simple easy instructions, no tools required, except a SCREWDRIVER, for screwing on the holder to the thingy that hooks to the toilet tank.Installation took less than 15 minutes. I like this better than the first bidet I had, because I don't have to screw it to the wall, requiring drill and tools, and possibly destroying the wall. Also, because the stream that comes from it is very straight, and not dispersed.What else to say? Occasionally I've seen the shower end seep a little. That's not cool. The one I had earlier didn't. There's a little faucet thing in the T device that you can turn off to be completely safe, but I've not needed to do that. Yet.

Disappointed when I opened it. One of the main reason for buying this was the "Bracket Holder Toilet Attachment" because I didn't want to drill in the washroom. It is advertised that it includes the bracket holder toilet attachment, but they sent a holder attachment which only could be drilled in the wall. Also, the Bidet sprayer is different than it is pictured.

The valve portion broke after a year. I contacted the company and exchanged emails with them. They strung me along and finally would not replace the product. I will never buy from this company again.

The product came on time and was as advertised. It is easy to install and operate. The quality of the material is decent, but not the highest. The reason I gave it 4 stars is that you cannot adjust the pressure of water from the main lever. It is basically on/off.

It was easy to setup and instructions were very clear, the quality is good.The pressure control on hand sprayer is not very efficient and if we press it might come with full force but the T has a control tap which helps.

It works but boy is it cold. Fine for summer, but I shudder to think what it will be like in the winter. Be sure to adjust the spray or you could do some damage to your privates.

Bought 4 of these. One of defective and was leaking. So exchanged it for another. Must use plumbers tape on the threads before installing all the pieces. I am happy with this product and I recommend it to friends and family.

The sprayer head started leaking (a few drops) after a couple of months of use. I contacted the seller and they sent me a replacement sprayer for free. Otherwise, the construction and heavy feel of the parts is great. I now try to turn it off from the valve, as instructed, after each use. I think I will be buying more for our other bathrooms if the sprayer head problem is corrected.
