I have enjoyed browsing through this book initially, and look forward to reading it in more detail. To the person who gave it a "1" because it doesn't provide information such as horsepower, etc., the title says "Advertising" in it. There are plenty of books with detailed information, but this isn't one nor was it intended to be. And to the reviewer claiming only a third of the book is in English, that is not totally true. Many of the pages show an advertisement and include translations in the three languages of the page. At the beginning of each decade, starting in 1900 through 1999, there is a few pages of English, then the other two languages follow. But under all three "sections" there is a timeline of highlights with the three languages immediately next to each highlight. My point, you are getting much more than 200 pages of information even if you only read English.I first saw this book listed on advertisement on Facebook at $70 but found it for $16 on Amazon. It is hardbound and all color. In my opinion, it is a great deal. Per my headline, You Get What You Paid For.

Great book to read.

Purchased this book as a gift for my long time auto-enthusiast and advertising artist, Dad. It was very well received. He immediately cracked it open, skimmed through it and a long but wonderful nostalgic conversation ensued. He then went home and sat in his recliner, looking through it, absorbing all of the beautiful details. Worth every penny! I would definitely recommend this book to anyone interested in different cars in history as well as the marketing around them.

Loved! I got for 7 year-old who loves cars. This book provides details of cars and pictures-which was my son’s favorite part.

This is a great coffee table book! Bought it for my father-in-law as a birthday present and it has been the talk of all of his friends. So popular in fact that he even asked me to send him a few more copies to distribute among them. Successful gift, I would say!
