I ordered size 27 for my 3' 7" smallish five and a half year old. A tiny bit long in the arms, but totally fine. The cap came with a 2020 and 2021 charm. We wore it to walk around the block and get a gas station treat the day before kindergarten, since her preschool ended suddenly due to current events. She loved the cap and gown; it made her feel special.

While the cap and gown fit well and look really nice, the years included with them are 2019 and 2020. It clearly states in the description that 2021 would be included.

Fit perfect , very good quality, wroth the price. I have great pictures of my kindergartner. Hope to take high school graduation pictures in 12 years.
