Direct fit
This was a direct fit on my 2006 f250. Voltage stays pretty consistent around 13.6v. Now my FICM Voltage stays solid at 48.5-48v. Every 6.0 powerstroke needs a high amperage alternator.

The pullie seized up and ruined my serpentine belt, I was stranded way back in the mountains! I was not impressed with this product...
