I am a fan of the brand Copper Chef and their products, but purchasing that brand can be a bit overwhelmingly pricey and with the holidays coming, instead of buying more pans for my baking, I decided to see what I can find on Amazon. I do a lot and I mean A LOT of baking, especially for the holidays. I really am impressed with these pans because I have been using these pans for my heating up of leftovers, my bake goods as well as for cooking dinners that require a baking sheet. I love the thickness of these pans as well as If I didn't know these were copper chef brand, I would say they were, it's crazy how well these pans are made. I've been using the roasting pan for my ham and casseroles for a family of 4 and we all know how many pans are tough to clean with build up food that's been burnt in the oven or just being left in for a long period of time, well, I didn't have any problems with that with these pans, in fact, I didn't even have to spray the pans with spray oil thinking food would stick. Nope, the food cooked well and slid right out the pans without scraping as well as the pans were super easy to wipe clean. I have used these pans several times and not even a scratch on them from my constant spatula usage. These pans are definitely a must have for homes who are preparing for the holiday seasons or even everyday cooking without breaking your wallet for the more name brand pans. I am very pleased with my purchase and I'm currently ordering more for friends of mine for Christmas gifts.

They are durable, the color matches my other copper chef bakeware and pans, and they are completely non-stick, as shown in my video.The set comes with three pans- one 12x8 baking dish, and two cookie sheets (10x15).

I have been looking for a set of copper-colored baking trays to match my pot and pans. these are gorgeous and match perfectly. and they feel really sturdy and well made. Great value.Dimensions: The pan is about 2 inches deep and the baking sheets are about 1 inch deep.

First of all, I though this is a baking sheet/pan that is made of Copper because of its color. But this is not made of Copper. I hope anyone who buy this can learn about it first.Overall, this is a good quality baking sheets. It's non stick quality is amazing. Under the description of the product, it listed that it can stand temperature up to 446°F, which means do not put it in the oven with a temperature higher than that. I cooked it with the temperature of 400°F which turn out great. My old baking pan always ban with this temperature which is also the reason why I need to buy a new one.This baking sheet/pan set comes with 3 sizes, 2 large and small baking sheet and 1 taller baking pan. I love the taller baking pan the most which is perfect for slow roasting meat because it will keep all the juice inside the pan.

These are a pretty good value. The copper colored finish makes them look high end. They are about an inch shorter than my typical cookie sheets, so I can fit two to a rack in my oven which is nice. They are nonstick, but don’t wash that easily.

I really love how easy these are to clean by hand. I have stuck them in the dishwasher once or twice and they came out pretty spotty, but if you rinse these with hot water and use a little bit of dish soap everything slides off very easily. My only real complaint is that they will crease or bend if you use a metal knife or like a pizza cutter on them. But, the finish seems pretty durable and they have not bowed or buckled any yet, and I have used them quite a lot since I got them a few weeks ago.

I used the roasting pan one time and it has changed the color of the pan. Also, you can see the outline of a piece of pork I was roasting. This was about 450 degrees for 18 minutes. I hand washed the pan, then put it in the dishwasher, but the stain is still evident. I'm disappointed in the quality of this set. I'll still use them, but buyer beware - not all apparently are as advertised. One star on easy to clean, over all 2 star rating. This set is just not All That.

These are terrible. I have only had them one month and they look look I have had them forever. They were non stick for 2 uses. Don’t buy these!
