Works very well
I got these for my outer knee pain and they work great now my husband has stolen them.

Eases Pain Immediately
The band works perfectly, especially the fact it has a small feature that puts pressure on the muscle & eases the pain completely. You can wrap it as tightly as you need & the Velcro is super strong. I recommend this product to anyone experiencing iliotibia muscle pain; it's amazing!

The strap is too narrow.
The part of the strap with the velcro on it is wider than the rest of the band and scratches my leg. The strap should be the same width as the opening in the buckle. The compression pad is very good.

ok IT Band Strap
Its ok. It works but this one is more complicated to use than many others. I would spend a few more dollars and get a better one if I was you.

Helped pain while running

Very wide.
Strong, but the width Plus the location of the buckles irritated my leg.Can’t return, but can’t use. Ugh!

Resolved my IT band pain the first time I ran wearing it.
I had to adjust it a little to find just the right spot but it’s easy to adjust even while running and I no longer have outer knee pain.
