So I got this item for my almost 3 year old for Xmas , it came in time in great packaging, BUT I could not unscrew the battery cover to put batteries in, so my daughter was SOOO upset. As soon as I realized the screw was never going to come out, I immediately contacted the seller for an item exchange & they responded so quickly!!! Believe it or not, I got my replacement one the VERY NEXT DAY!! I was given plenty of time to get to a UPS store to ship the broken one back , and IT WAS FREE!!!! I’ve never heard of such a thing, but I’ve also never bothered with an online exchange. Now to speak on the toy itself ...it’s SUPER lightweight, has lots of options and buttons but... omg... it’s SOOO LOUD and the voice is soooooo obnoxious!!! BUT my daughter and all her neighborhood friends LOVE it and are constantly fighting over whose turn it is to play with it! As much as I may not like this, it’s for the kids & they absolutely love it. As a mom of 4, the things I’d change would be , adding lower volume settings, and changing the voice - it is not an American accent, therefore there are some words the kids don’t understand right away. So because of the excellent customer service , 5 stars all day!

The media could not be loaded. My baby girl’s first word is Apple. Not baba, dada, mama, but apple. She loves eating apple and name Apple to everything she likes to eat. So I decided to buy this apple-shaped tablet for her. She loves it. It speaks perfect English, I did check all of its function to make sure it does not teach her the wrong pronunciation or something. What I like about it is my preK kid can play it, too. Besides singing music, alphabet learning, story telling, they also have simple math; for example, simple addition and subtraction. The tablet is light weight. My baby girl brings it to everywhere with her, even in bed. I recommend for parents to get it. It’s a good educational toys. Wish kids have more educational toys like this than spending time on the iPad or TV.

I bought this kids tablet for my boy and he has really liked it so far. Its easy to hold and the apt size since its not too big or small ! The interface is simple, but that's better since toddlers don't need any complications. Its also light weight and my boy like to have it for him in the car. If you're more mobile, travel a lot and do road trips, I'd definitely recommend it.

The media could not be loaded. I bought this for my neighbor's daughter who gets bored when her sisters go to school. She likes to come over to play with my little dog and I wanted something for her to do when she's here. I thought it would help her prepare for when she goes to school. She spends hours on it every day so I think it was a great investment. The price is spot on and it's something I'm sure I'll buy again when I need to buy a gift for someone in the age range for this computer toy.

Honestly not at all what I thought it was going to be. Super cheap and lightweight. Very small and buttons seem like one wrong push and it'll never work again.

This is a great learning tool however it stopped working within the first day. A replacement has been sent, time will tell.

My 1 year niece LOVES this toy and can easily carry it around. It does so much more than I even realized and is really great for entertainment & education

Bought this for my daughter and she loved it at first until we both realized that there are quite a few glitches when it comes to the shapes and other educational necessities. Look good but Very low-quality.
