The directions were a little confusing at first, not enough information. Used Google to advise temperature wax should be to use, length of time to leave wax on, amount of layers of wax needed to be effective per treatment. I'm using for arthritic hands, jammed thumbs.

I returned it, it was defective. The problem was it didn't maintain the temperature of the wax. This occurred every time I used the unit, two times total. Each time, I turned it on and set the temperature. Came back later, sometime after the beep sounded. The temp of the wax was higher than the setting I used. On a separate note, the large size of the basin is both good and bad. The good aspect is that large hands and large feet can fit. The bad aspect is that the large size means that one block of melted wax wasn't enough to fully cover my hands (the melted wax wasn't deep enough).

Really like this. A good size. Sturdier than my last one. Didn't give 5 stars because I got one for my mom as well and hers had a small crack at the bottom we didn't see until the next morning all the wax had drained out. Make sure you check for cracks before you waste your wax. It also doesn't come with enough wax to be able to use when you get it. I used 4 pounds and they only include 2 so you need to order extra wax. I also feel they should include unscented wax as a lot of people have allergies or get headaches from scents.

The instructions for this are impossible to read. The translation to English from the original language is laughable. The power button does not function. I don't think mine was broken, I think it simply was not made to function. The box says that it has bluetooth, but this is not true. All this does is heat wax and flash colors. There are much cheaper warmers out there that can do this

Easy to use but have to leave it set on a high temp or wax will harden. Takes a few hours to melt hardened wax. Generous size accommodates hands and my size 9 1/2 foot (not at same time)! Con: “Disco” flashing light stays on when unit is on, so even at night, you’ll get a light show unless you have this in a separate room.

Not at all what you hope for. Silly lights are a bit annoying. Takes 4 hours to warm up 2 bags and even then its not all melted. Doesn't hold temps as set. Your hand sits there odd too.

Power button fell into machine first attempt to turn it on. Company did return my money so 5 stars for that but really bad quality machine
