Purchased 10 Sept 19, died 29 Oct 19.
The keyboard started off by losing the two "Shift" keys. Then the "Alt" key. And from there, other keys. How do I get a replacement?

RIP OFF - it was a USED keyboard and had liquid damage to it!!!!
The keyboard is not NEW it is a USED keyboard and mine apparently had some kind of previous liquid spillage on it so all of the keys get stuck whenever the laptop gets warm and cools after the keys get glued and are unusable. I want a refund!!!!
