Works well, Accessories don't fit, small space to work with on Odyssey
Update 6/29/20: The replacement clutch has failed. Lasted 10 months. We've put about ~6k on the van since install. That is poor durability. I've sent the seller a message, hoping to take advantage of the two year warranty. The seller responded quickly and sent out a warranty replacement. Great customer service! The part that failed was the outer most component. Therefore, fixing this only involved removing the 10mm bolt, replacing that one component, and reinstalling the bolt. Took about 10 minutes. I also got another replacement from another seller on Amazon and they appear to be the same exact part, but of course I can't be sure.=============================Original Review: Got this installed yesterday. Can't speak to longevity yet, but it is working currently and I hope it lasts a long time. Like the other reviewer said, the new snap rings don't fit, so I reused the old ones. Thank God they didn't break because I wasn't gentle. The job took me 6 hours, but that could have been avoided and I'll explain why. 1 hour was spent going to walmart for smaller snap ring pliers. At least an hour, maybe two, was spent getting the first piece off after the 10mm bolt - this is the part that engages and spins when the compressor is on. Mine was seriously stuck on. Eventually, I used pry bars, chisels beaten behind it, penetrating oil and a torch to heat it and the dumb thing came off. I would probably just heat it first thing if I were to do it again. It wasn't glowing, but I warmed it up and the rubber components on this piece did start on fire so proceed at your own risk. So, expect that this part may be a bear to get off.The first snap ring wasn't hard because I used 90 degree inserts on my pliers to get it off, then I had to use a deadblow hammer in a small space coming from under the van to spin the pulley while tapping on it, came off fine after that. Others methods to get it off were fruitless, this is the winner.Unclipping the connector for the stator can wait until this point and it was fairly straight forward with this easier access. The second snap ring (holding the stator) was awful due to limited clearance and that's why I went to the store. In the end, I unbolted the compressor and found someone to help hold the compressor at the proper angle so I could reinstall the snap ring while facing it straight on. If I had thought of this earlier, I wouldn't have needed the new set of pliers. Also, I got the snap ring off without unbolting the compressor, but in the future I would do all steps of this last part with the compressor unbolted. The A/C lines are rubber as you look up, so moving the compressor around a bit is okay - I didn't realize this originally and therefore took way too long to try this option. Also - I reused the original washers inside the splines as the spacing is important.Reinstall was fairly easy after that. I did a rub around a small amount of oil to each part as I was sliding it on (except the stator) and this made it much easier. This was a frustrating job, hopefully anyone who reads this can get this done a little easier with these recommendations. I am thankful not to have had to replace the compressor and mess with any of the refrigerant!

major parts don't fit - but the "plate" does - updated
Previous reviews are correct that the snap ring is the wrong size. This is actually inexcusable since it is clearly larger in diameter than the bearing bore - it can't possibly work. In my case, the pulley / bearing component could not be installed either because it was slightly "thicker" than the factory bearing. Therefore it would not slide on quite far enough to allow the snap ring to be reinstalled. As such, I was unable to use the coil or the pulley/bearing. I was, however able to use the "plate" which is what had failed on my clutch, and with a lot of on / off cycles to get the shim thickness correct, I now have a functioning compressor. I have requested a refund, which in fairness should only be partial, but the value of the plate that I did use should be around 10 bucks. Let's hope it goes well. I am updating this review to 4 stars because the seller promptly gave a partial refund just as I requested. Thank You

Got dead a/c working again on 2007 Honda Odyssey!
This kit worked perfectly to replace a failed stator on my 2007 Honda Odyssey ex-l. I did all the work with the compressor in place which was kind of a pain but it is doable. Just be patient and have your various slip ring pliers ready! More than one decent YouTube video out there to walk you through it if needed.

Keep your old snap rings and the cluth shims handy...
The three main items were great. But seeing all the accessories in the package gave me a false sense of security. I did not bother to gently remove the original snap rings or keep track of the old clutch shims. Lo and behold the new ones in this kit are the wrong size. I had to waste time and money to get them from a salvage yard. Be prepared to modify the electrical connection slightly. Look closely inside your old original and the kit one side by side and you will see what I mean.

Risky
I ordered three of these because two of them came broken. The 3rd one fell apart in my car. That one may have been my fault because the snap ring was barely seated. These are cheap and handy if your compressor works and you don't want to vacuum out the refrigerant.

Advertised part number is incorrect
Seller advertised product for Odyssey/Ridgeline part number 38810-RGL-A01 (which is really for 7th generation Accord V6). I needed these parts for an Accord, so risked it. The pulley is slightly thicker. The clutch is the right size but appears slightly different. The stator snap ring is too small. I was able to use stator and clutch successfully.

Stater went bad on my 06 Odyssey. Fit great and A/C works again.
Took less than an hour to change out the A/C Clutch. The regular parts houses just wanted to sell the whole compressor for hundreds of dollars. I was getting Voltage down to the clutch but the Electromagnet was electrically open. This clutch fits perfectly. I used the original adjustment shims and air gap was perfect.
