Peak District Teashop Walks: 20 Countryside Walking Routes & the Best Places to Stop for Tea

I am writing this review having completed All the walks in this book. The book has 20 walks ranging from 3.5 – 6.25 miles. I bought this book as a resource of shorter walks so that my wife would go with me. She did on quite a few. The walks are excellent. The maps are just line drawings but the written directions (as in all this author’s books) are really clear and well written.

Not being very mobile, I have used this book as a guide to the local tea shops. My husband and dog enjoy the walks, I meet them at the tea shop - great way to spend a Sunday.

Just done a few but easy to follow, well written directions usually away from the crowds so you can enjoy the countryside in peace. Have pub walk by same author but unfortunately some of pubs are no more, but tea rooms seem to survive much better to get you out and about in the lovely peak district.
