This is a great product, just make sure you buy a size bigger than usual, e.g. I'm a size M but I bought an L and it fits near perfectly.Make sure you bind safely, only a maximum 8 hours a day, and buy a better quality binder than this if you get the chance.The clasp on the side can be a bit itchy at times but it's not a big deal, I put some masking tape on it and it was fine. I recommend this as a good temporary / back-up binder!

Essentially, do not buy this binder. I had it on for less then five minutes and in that time I could not breath properly at all and it hurt. the clasps on the side dig into you and I'm sure in the long run do something awful to your ribs. Didn't even bind properly either. Wasted money which I could've spent on something higher quality.
