I bought this to put on my desk at work so I can stand while typing. It's the perfect height for me (I'm 5'2") and there's ample room for the keyboard and mouse. It's sturdy and stays put while I'm working. So far the black feet haven't left any scuff marks on the white desk.

I primarily use it for homework use and it works okay. It doesn't really have enough elbow space to put your papers and stuff. I used it for my laptop as well and it works better. If you use it on your bed, it tips over easily when you move and it's really frustrating. I do kind of regret buying this.

Thought the legs were retractable but they are not they were talking of the table. Because of that the height of the table is a few inch. to high. Also it could have been narrower so can fit in the space of a leather chair seat not on the arms.
