I bought their skillet. One of my best purchases.

The 10" Dutch Oven with Skillet worked perfectly for a trial bake done this morning. I found the heat distribution very even and devoid of any hot-spots. The size is also perfect for the size of sourdough boule I usually bake. The finishing of the cast iron is not as smooth as some other brands, but this did not affect my baking in any way and I am quite happy with it. A good buy! Here are some photos of the completed bake, the main Dutch Oven container part is not shown in the photos as it was taken off as the baking neared completion...

Likes: love the fact that food retains so much flavour and colour specially the veggies.A big bonus is that the lid can be used as a skillet. Use it for shallow frying, sauteing, or as a griddle plate!Cons: Difficult to clean and carry around because of heavy weight but that comes with the territory so no complaints as such!

Cooks very fast, not much oil needed, the lid doubles up as a tawa for dosa, eggs, etc.Overall a very useful product, although heavy.
