I wanted a general health check on the nutrients in my daily intake and the ability to be able to monitor them over a period of time so this was a better option than paying x amount for medicheck type checks. admittedly the approach is less scientific than a blood test but at a fraction of the cost. There are enough strips here to last several months of daily use.Easy to use, you simply go into a suitable vessel, pick one that is tall so you can dip the full stick, leave it in for 60-120 seconds and then colour swatch it against the chart on the back of the container for matches on each metric. One note of caution this is a German product with German instructions so bear this in mind, i speak a little German and google helped with the rest so no big issue.If your thinking of a good way to monitor your intake and output this is a great product!

I bought this item as I naively trust german products.When I tested myself it showed that I had an issue that affects the kidneys. I had a sleepless night worrying about it. My husband tested himself the next day and he had exactly the same readings as I had. Neither of us had any symptoms. I had a test doe by my GPs and nothing abnormal was detected.We bought this due to doing the fast800 diet. We have been doing this successfully for almost a year now and you don't need this test. If you are doing the diet correctly the weight will just fall off.

Using these strips has been very easy. You simply match up the results with the colour guide on the packet it is virtually impossible to get wrong! Furthermore, as there are 150 test strips, it is very easy to test regularly to track the effects of your diet and exercise on your health. I like this product as you can test for many parameters, especially ketones which is very useful to check if you are in ketosis or not. One thing to note is the instructions are not in English, however, if you take a picture of them and use google translate then you can see them.

For those living in the UK; USA; Canada; Australia; New Zealand and in other countries with English as a second language, this product is useless.In addition, despite the fact I am on a diet of less than 600 calories a day, it has not tested positive for ketones once.It does not work. Do not buy this product.
