Leather Briefcase 18 inch Laptop Messenger Bag for Men and Women best crossbody Satchel for Office work travel

Bought this for my son-in-law's Christmas present back in 2023. I don't leave reviews right away because I want the product to speak for itself and better way than through to test of time. So here we are 1½ yrs later and it's still holding up strong. He always has it packed with books(he loves his books) and it is holding them like the bag was brand new still. I rarely and I do mean very rarely give a review with 5 stars. This just shows how impressed I am with this bag. I have nothing bad to say about it. I really love their products. Thank you for making such a great product at a reasonable price. BTW....my son-in-law loves it too.

Amazed at the look, feel and quality of this bag. My 17 inch laptop fit perfectly. What I liked most is the thickness of the leather. Plenty of storage space.

I owned mine for 4 years now and I'm tough with my rough with my belongings, honestly it's still working just fine now,but the zipper in the back is unseamed and the metal latches are warping from me always overloading it, Im just getting a new one before this one fully fails. The leather ages nicely if you dirty it on purpose

For the price, it is a great piece of leatherwork. I was honestly skeptical because it was so inexpensive. First impressions is that it smells kinda funny, not wrong just fresh tanning packaged and stored in plastic for a time. I'll buy some leather conditioner and oils should do the trick if just getting aired out doesn't. I don't think the hardware is actual brass but it doesn't feel like fragile plasteel either and all the buckles and clasps feel securely attached. It is double stitched everywhere and there were no noticeable hanging threads or loose knots anywhere. YKK zippers confirmed always a good sign of quality. Shoulder strap is very adjustable, I might replace the shoulder pad, nothing wrong with it I just want a lot more padding. Interior canvas lining is very thick and sturdy. I picked this bag especially for its numerous additional external and internal pockets, they do not disappoint. Final verdict. I would call the quality of the materials fair, not particularly fancy. But the construction of the product shows workmanship and pride in quality. And the price cannot be beat. Thank you.

I’m currently about to buy a crossbody bag.You will be happy with this bag and at this price point go for it!!5 stars for style, vendor response & day-to-day use. Scale of 1-10, a solid 8.I was in the market for an updated laptop bag. I’d gone through the gamut of various backpacks and briefcases. When I saw this bag, I thought it must be cheaply made because the cost was quite affordable. Thankfully I was mistaken.For starters the bag is very stylish. It’s billed as a men’s messenger bag but I have received quite a few compliments on it. The bag comes in 2 colors; a darker gray made of Full grain buffalo leather and the caramel color I have is made out of mountain goat leather. The longer I keep it, the better I like it. Make sure you get products to protect the leather from liquids and heavy oils that will discolor the bag. (Still adds to the character)What I love:The owner of Passion Leather Komal Chaudhari sends this very nice thank you letter on excellent card stock. Within the letter are instructions and expectations. She points out that this is genuine leather and so there may be a smell but it will dissipate over time.Also, because these are handcrafted, the natural hue and appeal of the bag is that as it ages the colors may slightly change over time. This adds to the beauty of the bag. The stitching is exquisite.She asks to please reach out to her first if there are any issues. They are a small business. I tested this and emailed her because I had tons of questions. Her team responded within a day, most times quicker, as in a few hours.The bag has lots of pockets and slots to store things. I was able to put in my small devices along with my 15” laptop and a small paper notepad. My laptop is a15 inch but my 17 in easily fit in my bag. It has a long adjustable strap and the clasps/hook on the longer shoulder strap is sturdy and larger, not flimsy and small like some bags and the metal is quite nice.What I don’t like: The shoulder pad on the strap is quite small and thin. The plastic wrapped around the metal accoutrements were a bit tough to get off and had a residue but it cleaned easily. The bag itself is kind of thin (but the inside mesh is quite nice) I wish the buckles had a snap feature to close the pocket but instead you have to actually put it in the loops to lock it (except the main flap as it does snap in and that is also adjustable too. The zipper is very good but I wish it were a tad sturdier.Since the bag is thin, you cannot haul too many heavy items, as it felt like my strap was going to give. This travels fair; meaning it’s great to put in the car and go or possibly on a short flight. Anything longer, not certain it will hold up. I’m not sure if the shoulder strap was glued before stitching. The stitching is solid; however, some areas are already showing some fraying.(I was a little tougher than normal as I wanted to check wear and tear for the review)Overall, I would definitely buy this bag again and I plan to purchase other items from this vendor. This bag is top notch quality. It arrived very well protected with wrapping on all hardware and the bag itself was inside a cloth bag. You can tell this bag was crafted with love. It does have an odor of new leather which is to be expected and will diminish within a few weeks. The color is very bright and after reading the material that accompanied the bag, I learned that the bag will darken over time. The main pouch has a quick release on the flap and I really like that.. There are many pouches and sections to carry everything that I need for work.
