Smells like hell when it's open but my Arowana has never looked so good color wise, and he loves this as a hand fed snack.I soak mine for 5 min or so before feeding as I don't want to do any damage to his insides and you can tell he is looking forward to snack, time as he is following me all over the tank telling me he's hungry. almost like he stalks me into feeding him! Soak it longer and squeeze it under water to get it to sink for your bottom feeders.

I buy krill for my koi. They seem to Ike the taste! 😉

Our oscars love these, but they are definitely potent, be prepared, the scent is a bit overwhelming.

I have large Oscars, arawana, alligator gar and they love the krill and grow well on the krill!

I feed these to my outdoor koi as an evening treat and they go wild for them.

Every time I purchase the 4oz container of this, I always end up with bad krill. I took the picture to show that there is a color difference. I can't photograph the smell or I would. It smells like fish thats been in the sun cooking for several days. My turtle refuses to eat the krill from the 4oz container. I am extremely disappointed being how much this stuff costs and I keep getting bad product. This company definitely needs to do some quality control. And I'd honestly would like a refund for this crap. Why is that all the krill in the 4oz container brown? In the 1.27oz container the krill is like a pink color? Why does the 4 Oz container smell like fish that's been sitting out for days and the 1.27oz container smells fresh? This bites and I'm pretty anger about it too.

I've used this for a while and my cichlids are big fans. Fish have to be of good size for these big chunks but 4-6" cichlids love it.
