These Biofreeze patches make a good night's sleep possible for me and reduces the need for pain pills. I sometimes cut them half to use in more than one achy spot. They stay in place and are very effective. Using them while travelling helped me to enjoy my visit without feeling sluggish from meds. When I told my orthopedist he recommended that I continue using them instead of a prescription cream. I now keep a package on my nightstand so they are always handy!

I forgot to take a picture I was tearing the package so I can use it immediately. But it is very soothing and decreased my sciatica back pain.

I have continuous back pain and these Biofreeze pad work wonders. The roll on works well too, but the pad work a lot longer. Great pain relief.

My husband was having back and shoulder pain, but was not in a position where he could apply cream as needed. I went looking for patches and found quite a few I could purchase with my HRA card. This was one of them.These are not nearly as large as I thought they were going to be so we had to use more than one. The would stick ok initially, but slowly started to wrinkle and peel. They were fairly effective, but not as much as some others he tried. He didn't care for the scent at all, but that just comes with these types of products.I wouldn't rule these out for smaller areas where the pain is very minimal, but if you are looking for coverage for your back, they aren't quite large enough.

These patches really work great for my husband, he has sciatica and always wants me to order for him to have on hand. They are a great price as well!
