These are nice little mugs, but they are very thin, and very lightweight. The handle is oversized so it is very comfortable to hold. For a "mug" they seem a bit fragile. The top rim is rounded and very comfortable to drink from.

I just received my first Cappuccino Mugs today. I am thoroughly delighted with their appearance. Also the shipping container was very well designed to protect them.Wanted to compliment the company via email address included as a flyer which asked for feedback but email returned. Thought that was strange. I double checked email address which was correctly written as on the insert.

I love these cups despite the quality... the glass is really thin and feels that way - I have a set of other glass double walled coffee cups and they feel more durable by comparison. Also, the cups were not completely symmetrical/straight; what k mean is that the top edge of the glass was a bit wavy on one, and the other did not stand very well as it was lopsided. Okay if you’re using it in a cup holder or just holding the glass. One mug already broke in the dishwasher after about 2 months

This set is definitely light weight, & keeps coffee warm longer than any cup I have ever owed. I have been able to wash them in the dishwasher & reheat coffee in the micro wave. I did have an issue with one of the cups, but the seller was on top it & immediately took care of it. Excellent customer service is a rare commodity these days except at Amazon & so many of their sellers. It is a joy to deal with a seller who values & appreciate it's customers. The cups were very well packaged to prevent breakage & arrived on time. I highly recommend these cups & the seller.

They are beautiful easy to hold maintain cool when drinking hot coffee. You just have to be cautious because a hit against anything or drop it will break into many many pieces.

I love this. The drink looks nicer in it but does not scorn my hand.

These were my favorite glasses. One is still in good working order. The other had a short fall on the counter and shattered. I would easily buy these again, but they are a little expensive. 3 stars for the easy breakage, otherwise, I love them. If I could get a replacement for even partial cost, I would do it, but not sure how to go about it.

Mugs feel a little cheap because of the light weight....doesnt mean theyre cheap just used to the heavy type mugs...had them for two weeks and so far work great...keeps my coffee hot for a good while...
