This fitness band is all window dressing and no real stuff.Let me start with the positives. The band looks fantastic. Build quality is great. Feels premium, display is good. Pedometer is accurate. Battery is more than decent. The band is waterproof, as confirmed from the company representatives over email (IP68, can go swimming with it, any water damage due to immersion will be covered in warranty).That's where I run out of good things for this band. It has serious issues with the heart-rate sensor and sleep monitoring features. The heart rate sensor does not provide a steady recording. When you tap the button and reach the heartbeat screen, 8 out of 10 times, you will not see a number as it is still trying to record the heartbeat. I've observed this over 5 days, in various conditions - wet hand, dry hand, indoors, outdoors, walking, sitting, every potential use scenario you could think of. It will not record your heart rate. That's one of the main selling points of this product and it fails miserably on that front. Many times, I have seen it show a standard heart rate - for example, if I'm walking somewhere, and I know it has been more than 10 minutes, I would expect the heart rate to be around 100+. When I check the watch, typically it shows me no number, takes 10-15 seconds to record the heart rate and shows me 75 bpm.. The number then increases over a minute to the true value of 100+. Another major disappointment is the 5-second screen time-off. When I'm trying to find out my heart rate, the screen times off after 5 seconds just like on any other screen in the band. I've used other fitness bands that have disabled the time out feature on their heartbeat screen until it can show you a reading. This is very annoying. The syncing between band and app is also erratic. Take a look at the screenshots I've posted to see how it captures and syncs data - with huge gaps!The second and greater disappointment is the sleep tracking. This band fails remarkably here. Just see the photos I've posted. I slept for about 10 hours on a Friday night (gotta recover from the week!), and it only tracked 1 hour and 5 minutes.Overall, I think this band is a waste of money. It is garbage in a pretty package. I'm initiating a return.

I've been using fitness tracker for 2 weeks now.I'd like list out the pros and cons.Pros-1.Good build quality. Good display (Very Bright)2.Good features. Pedometer, calorie count, heart rate monitoring, sports mode, sleep mode(apparently) I'll get back to tat later.3. Direct USB charging. No need to carry any cables. Directly plug in to an adapter or laptop.4. Water resistant.5. Swappable straps. They have promised multi color bands to be launched in the near future. Hope they deliver it.6. Good battery life. 5 days.Cons - Major one's1. Bluetooth pairing/connectivity issues. Very inconsistent, sometimes it connects and most of the time doesn't.So if u can't connect the band to your phone, means you can't sync your data regularly. If it doesn't do that, means it doesn't the serve the purpose intended for. Well it doesn't serve your requirement.2. Doesn't support all the phones out of the box. They ask you to inform them the model of the phone you are using.I did and i haven't seen any progress.3. Sleep monitoring - Based on the times it manages to connect, sleep monitoring is never recorded.4. The Lifesense app needs to be more interactive and informative. Definitely needs to rethink about their app.5. Worst of all, customer support. I've been contacting them constantly to resolve my issues.I've haven't got any solution yet.It's very disappointing. I bought this product with such anticipation. Now I'm starting to regret and planning for a return.But I have to mention again, the quality of the product really good for the price range. But it's not serving the purpose I was looking for.

Writing this review after 5 days of usage. Sleep monitoring is worked on first day and stopped working. except this all the other functionalities working fine. Not sure whom to reach out for replacement. No customer service. Very bad experience first time in Amazon.Adding some more lines to my previous review. First would like to thanking Amazon for replacement. They are very quick in delivering new watch. But seems same problem again. First day tracked the sleep monitoring. But again stopped working. Only giving 3 stars for Amazon service. I don't have any hope, if I replace again also sleep monitoring will work. But all other functionalities working fine and battery back up is too good. Looks wise loved the watch. So I made up my mind, sleep monitoring not available in the watch.But people particularly looking for sleep monitoring. Do not go for it.

After purchase, initially I struggled to pair the watch to my Lenovo K4 Note Android phone despite the OS requirements being met. When I connected to another iPhone it connected instantly. After this somehow I managed to connect it to my Android phone as well.Last night I slept wearing the watch but no data has been captured which means it didn't recognize / track the sleep which is puzzling.Also, I don't think the Co. has a good and qualified customer care team as the response has been pretty mediocre when I contacted them for help. I guess this is the problem and risk you take with a new brand.The only good thing about the watch is the good looks.
