Failure after only a year!
Worked fine for the first year then started the Gfci trip constantly. Others who have reviewed this product elsewhere have the same issues. Replaced the thermostat 3x, all floor units are functioning when tested, etc. Unfortunately going back to the original electric baseboard heat. So frustrating.

You’ll still need to hire (or be) an electrician. Read ALL instructions. But my floors are WARM :)
Easy to put down, but instructions were incomplete. You really need to buy - AND OPEN - a thermometer that works with these and read both instructions. We watched YouTube videos and *still* missed a step. We are now trying to figure out how to get the thermometer sensor under the flooring that’s already laid down. Unless you are an electrician, plan on hiring one to hook the wires up to your electrical panel. Works like a charm, however, and I love having warm floors. This will be great when winter comes.

Poor product description
After installing it under the floors, I realized it was heating up. Further diagnostic the situation, i found it requires 240v electric. But you will not able to find this important information from the product discretion. Now I can either remove the floor or wire new pair of 240 power.
