It’s fine
Ordered for my brother in law for Christmas! Exactly what he needed

Good board for STM32F3 evaluation
As far as dev boards, this board is pretty good. It has a good group of parts on it for being able to evaluate the chip and get some basic IO up and working like SPI, I2C, USB, or GPIO. It is also nice that the ST-Link is integrated on this board. I was able to get the project code going with this board while waiting for my other boards in and assembled.I wish the preloaded ICs were easier to disconnect or disable like the gyro SPI lines. Also, having the ST-Link on board does make the board bigger if you are trying to throw a one off project together with this. My last thought is this board isn't really breadboard able with the headers the way they are. It's not an issue for me, but it could be for others.I now have 2 of these boards and started several different projects with it, because it is easy enough to start a project on.Final thoughts:This isn't an arduino board, so buying this board you should have a bit of understanding how embedded systems work. That said, this is a good step up for getting more into the embedded world with ARM.

TI MSP432 is better
Didn't fancy the IDE and documentation compared to the TI MSP432, the STM32Cube can be substituted with Code Composer Studio's own GUI programmer as well

Way cheaper on Digikey or Mouser
Fine Board to experiment with the STM32F303VCT6. However, its literally $15 on mouser or digikey.
